Exchange / Return Policy
Products in their original, sealed, and untampered condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
Exceptions to this policy:
- Items requiring refrigeration (temperature-sensitive products) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Products purchased under "Special Offers" or promotional sales are non-returnable.
- Opened, unsealed, or used items will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- A valid original receipt/invoice is required for all returns and exchanges.
Return Logistics & Shipping Fees
- Returns via Courier: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping and courier costs.
- In-Store Returns: Returns processed directly at Sammar Medicine Store outlets incur no extra fees.
Return & Exchange Process
- Notify Us: Email us at contact@sammarmedicalstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number in the email subject line.

Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) along with the original sales invoice and ship the parcel to our store address:

- Processing: Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item(s) and process your return within 3 working days.
Refund & Payment Policy
- Courier Returns: Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be transferred directly to your designated bank account. Please provide your bank details via email to contact@sammarmedicalstore.com.
- In-Store Returns: Hand-returned items accepted at the physical store will also be refunded via online bank transfer to your provided account details.
